Article 4. Order
Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed with these contractual details no later than at the time of delivery. The company 2A FRANCE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of thirty working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 7. Delivery
Delivery of the Products will take place after the payment for the Order has been recorded, to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of placing the Order. An email will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform them of the shipment of the Products. The CUSTOMER has the option to choose between different delivery methods.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method (home delivery, pickup point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package, and the destination.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and the Customer refunded.
Article 8. Warranty

If this suspension continues beyond a period of fifteen days, the CUSTOMER will have the option to cancel the ongoing order, and a refund of the price of the ordered Products and the delivery charges paid will be processed.
Article 14. Governing law and jurisdiction
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is authoritative. In the event of difficulties arising from the Order, the delivery of Products, and more generally from the execution of the sale, the CUSTOMER will have the opportunity, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, notably with the assistance of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.
