Whether the size doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, or for any reason, we accept returns without any hassle.

For any refund or exchange, products must be new and unused, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there was an error on our part or a defective product.

The return can be sent in a standard envelope, NO need for tracking or signature confirmation.

Exchanges or refunds will only be processed after the Noir Satine team has received the returned package.

The refund method will be the same as the one used for your original payment.
